An impressive project successfully completed lately in Athens.

Delta Maritime was involved on the transportation of 50 new tramways wagons which have been delivered to Attiko Metro in Athens.

The entire operation performed on RO/RO basis including the transshipment from mafies to the railed extendable platforms up to delivery from FOT to the railways system at the Metro of Athens station.

A connection bridge used to connect the Mafi with the trailers while a ramp constructed in Greece for this purpose used to assist discharging wagons onto rail system.

The tramway wagons constructed by Alstom in Spain and put already to the transport system in Athens!

Delta Maritime has reinforced its expertise on rolling cargo during the project which lasted almost 10 months !
